            Saturday, May 2nd.   

Seventeenth Annual EAA Flight Party.  This is also known as the Fly In for the veterans in the club.  It starts at 10:00 AM and runs until 3:30 PM.  Come to the Capital City Airport in  Cumberland, PA for an opportunity to meet and give rides in your Vette to Special Needs Friends.  We will also be making our Big Check donation to Spina Bifida on this day.  If you want to caravan in, please meet for breakfast at Bob Evans off the Limekiln Road at 8:30 AM.   (50)

       Sunday, May 17th.

Concours Judging School at the Hare home starting at TBA PM.  If you have always wanted to learn the trade of judging a Corvette at a Concours, then this is the day to learn what you have always wanted to learn.  (50)  

Tuesday, May 19th.   

Monthly CVCC Board meeting starting at 7:00 PM.  This will be at Hoss's Steak and Sea in Mechanicsburg.

Friday, May 29th.   

Third Annual Outing at the Yellow Breeches Educational Center.  Bring your Vette and show it off and give the students a short ride.  The location has changed and will be at the Old FrankfordSchool building in Newville.  We will meet at the Cracker Barrel in Carlisle at 8:30 AM for breakfast.  We will then proceed to the Old Frankford School building.  Those going directly to the school, please arrive after 9:30 AM.  If it rains, this event will be canceled.  This outing has been very special to the students as well as our members in the past.  See the Newmans for more info.  Directions are as follows:  From Carlisle, take I81 south to exit 44 (Plainfield).  At exit turn right onto 465 North, go to third light and turn left on 641 West, go 4.4 miles, look for Old Mill Road detour sign, turn right onto Grahams Woods Road, go to stop sign and turn left onto Creek Road, go to stop sign (1.4 miles), turn right onto Bloserville Road, go to stop sign (2.2 miles), go straight to the school on right (half mile), take first driveway.   (50) 

Sunday, May 31st.   

CVCC Gettysburg Rallye.  Tour the Gettysburg battlefield in your Vette while you rallye as well.  This popular event calls for you.  Karen will chair.  It will be a double sanctioned event this year.  Click on this sentence to link to and open the event flyer.  Register at 9:00 AM.  First car out at 10:00 AM.  The rallye starts from a shopping center near the intersection of Route 30 and Route 15 where Sheetz and Ruby Tuesday are located, 1390 Lincoln Highway (Route 30/York Road), Gettysburg, PA 17325.  (PA-75; PA-75)
