J. Bower has with drawn her motion from the meeting last month regarding the club purchase a digital camera to record club events for the newsletter.  The club is going to try the web site Shutter Fly for six months.  We believe there are enough people in the club owning a digital camera that take pictures of our events and can pass them on to the newsletter editor for placement in the newsletter.  T. Mitchell made the motion to try Shutter Fly, seconded by Marlin.  Motion carried.

G. Andreas announced that YCCC has once again ask if there is a interest in doing the annual bowling tournament with them again this winter.  A show of hands said that we are interested.  He will let them know.

CVCC Board Meeting

   December 19th, 2007

The meeting was held at The Holly Inn in Mt. Holly Springs.

President J. Priestner called the meeting to order.

This meeting was the Christmas Board meeting with spouses and incoming board members.

No business was discussed.

The BOARD wants to extend our warmest wishes for a Merry Christmas and a very happy and healthy New Year to all our Club Members.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the help you have given me through out my years as your secretary.  I appreciated all the kindness you have shown me when I took over the job.  I really enjoyed being secretary, but I need a break.  I fully intend to help Joan as much as she needs it.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to each of you from me.

Respectfully Submitted,

Judy
