Monthly Meeting May
3rd,
2007
The
monthly meeting was called to order by President J.
Priestner. A
motion was made by S. Walter, seconded by K. Cless to accept
the secretary’s minutes for April.
Motion passed. G.
Miller gave the Treasurers report.
A motion was made by K. Sandoe, seconded by G. Wolf
to accept the treasurer’s report. Motion passed D.
Walter gave The Governors Report. Saturday
May 19th our club will be timing the auto cross
for the East Region Spectacular, which will be held at the
Ripkin Stadium in Aberdeen, Maryland. Stadium is just off I95.
We will be setting up at 7:00 P.M. Saturday
June 2 CPCC Forbes Chevrolet Concours. Sunday
June 3 Corvette Club of Northeast Pa. double auto cross. June
9 PCCC triple auto cross Rechester Chevrolet 75th
Anniversary. Location Thompsontown Sunday
June 10 Corvette Club of America double concours. Sunday
June 10 TriCounty Corvette Club triple concours. June
16 -23 NCCC Convention. Dave
has flyers for most of these events. First

2007 Coupe. A
motion was made by M. Ludt, seconded by R. Wolf to accept
Denny into the club. Motion

The Hutton’s have a 1994 Navy Blue Convertible.
A motion was made by M. Baldwin, seconded by L. Wolf
to accept the Hutton’s into the club.
Motion passed Dennis
& Linda Carney sponsored by D. Walter.
The Carney’s have a 1987 Dark Red Glass Top Coupe.
A motion was made by R. Wable, seconded by L. Loser
to accept the Carney’s into the club.

is at the Masonic Homes.

help. He needs 30 workers. This
is a money maker for the club so please help. REMINDER JULY CLUB PICNIC MEETING TIME /DATE CHANGE 7/12/07
6:30 P.M. Bring a covered dish to share and your chairs to
Mike & Elaine Ludt’s.
Directions will be in newsletter.
We will be taking a club photo so bring your vette. Sunday
July 15th B. Loser is having a cruise to Jim
Thorpe Pa. If
you wish to go contact him or sign the sheet at the next
meeting. August
18th is our annual Golf Outing.
This year it will be held at the Mayapple Golf
Course. B.
Loser needs help with this event.
He needs hole sponsors as well as items for door
prizes. CVCC
will be obtaining a lifetime membership with the National
Corvette Museum. A
motion was made by C. Strayer, seconded by M. Ludt to do
this. Motion

& Sally announced their annual pool party will be August
11. More

Board Meeting May
15, 2007 The
meeting was held at Scotties in Mechanicsburg. President
Jack Priestner called the meeting to order. Old
Business: Discussed preparations for the East Region Spectacular this weekend. Still
no date for the Question/Answer Night with Jerry McKinney. C.
Strayer will need help with the Mini Grand Prix June 2 at
the Masonic Village in Elizabethtown.
He asks you to just show up. June
Board meeting changed to June 26th due to the
NCCC convention. Gary
W.
is all set for the Auto Cross July 22.
Dave will have flyers for this. Please
help out new member B.
Loser by getting Hole sponsors and door prizes for the
annual golf outing to be held August 18th at
Mayapple Golf Course. Gary

is sending a
check to the National Corvette Museum for our membership. Judy
has received the club shirts and hopes to have some ready
for the June meeting. Dave
is checking on the photographer for the club photo to be
taken at the July picnic meeting. Meeting
