East Region Spectacular:

CVCC is doing the timing for some of the Auto Cross events on Saturday May 19 at Ripkin Stadium.  If you wish to enter any of the events which will be Concours, Rally’s, Auto Crosses, etc., check out the East Region web site.

The Board discussed having maintenance done on the club trailer.  It needs new tires, Inspection and the side door needs some attention.  A motion was made by Judy seconded by Gary W. to have these things taken care of.

Gary M. reported that all the donations have been completed.

The AutoX we have scheduled for July 22 is still being worked on by Gary W.  He had to wait for our insurance information to take to the Big Spring School Board which he will do this month at their next meeting.

We have a new member who has volunteered to do our newsletter.  Her name is Joan B.  She is meeting with Tracy Friday February 23.  Anything you wish to put in the newsletter can be e-mailed to her or by phone evenings.

Mike & Elaine have said they would have the July Picnic Meeting this year.  We will be changing the date of the meeting to JULY 12th at 6:30.  Directions will be provided closer to meeting time.

Special needs kids will be bowling the same time we will have our bowling challenge with YCCC.  EJ asked the board if she could collect $1.00 from each club member who attends the March meeting and have the club match this to present the kids with this donation.  A motion was made by Dave, seconded by Gary M. to do this.  Motion passed.

The next Board Meeting will be held at Scotties in Mechanicsburg at 7:00 P.M. March 20th.
