Thursday, July 12th.
Monthly CVCC membership meeting at
the home of Mike and Elaine. This is the club's popular picnic meeting starting at
6:30 PM. Bring a covered dish and lawn chair. The club is
also trying to have a photo of all of us and our machines. Wear
your CVCC white shirt we just handed out or a white tee shirt. (PA-100)
Sunday, July 15th.
CVCC Cruise to Jim Thorpe (PA) and the
Lehigh Gorge
Scenic Railway. Come enjoy a
cruise to Jim Thorpe and then enjoy the day seeing antique and muscle
cars, listen to fabulous 50's music and ride the train into the
beautiful Lehigh Gorge. For more info on the railway, click on www.LGSRY.com.
There will be a charge for the train ride of $12 per adult and $9 per
child (3 to 12 years old). We will meet at the rest stop on
Interstate 81 North between Exits 77 and 80 (near the Grantville exit)
at 8:00 AM if you wish to caravan with the group. (50)

Tuesday, July 17th.
Monthly CVCC Board meeting
starting at 7:00 PM. This will be at Scotties Beef & Reef in
Mechanicsburg.
July 19th thru July 24th.
Saturday, July 21st.
The rallye will again take us through the
Gettysburg battlefield. Registration will be in the parking lot of
Sheetz/Ruby Tuesday at the intersection of Routes 15 and 30 east of
Gettysburg from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. The Rallye will end at the
Appalachian Brewing Company in Gettysburg for lunch. This is the
club's third sanctioned event. (PA-75)

Sunday, July 22nd.
The event will be held at Big
Springs High School. About 20 workers will be needed. If
you can arrive by 7:00 AM to help set up, this will be
appreciated. The parking lot is blacktop and it could be a hot day
in July, so bring sun screen, hats, and wear light color clothes.
At the moment, there is no plan to have a food vendor on site. These
are the club's fourth and fifth sanctioned events. (PA-75)(PA-75)

Ten
Corvettes are needed for the Fair Queen and Court . Please be at
the Fairgrounds at 2:30 PM. Parade moves out at 4:00 PM. More details

at Panera Bread in the Camp Hill Mall along Route 11 at 9:30 AM or
at Round the Clock Diner in York at 9:00 AM. We are going to
picnic at Raymond B. Winters State Park later that day. en
