Thursday, September 7th. Monthly CVCC membership meeting at the Elks in Carlisle starting at 7:30 PM. Nominations for 2007 Officers and Board. Dues are now due -- $35 single; $50 for two. (PA-100)

Saturday, September 9th. Classic and Collectible Car and Truck Show. CVCC is invited to show its Vettes (any and all years, up through C6) at this show which will benefit Cumberland and Perry County special needs and Mental Health Center. Carlisle Airport (Click here for directions). Gates open at 9 AM for entrants. The show is free to the general public from 10 AM to 4 PM. Rain or shine. Food available. Helicopter rides. (50)

Sunday, September 10th. CVCC Fall Cruise to Huntington County. Leave from Walmart parking lot in Shippensburg at 8:00 AM. Cost is $20 pp. Contact Keith for additional details. (50)

Saturday, September 16th. CVCC Fall Fun Show at H&H Chevrolet. (PA-75)

Saturday, September 16th. Open House at New Cumberland Federal Credit Union on Route 114, New Cumberland, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Tuesday, September 19th. Monthly CVCC Board meeting starting at 7:00 PM. This will be at Scotties Beef & Reef in Mechanicsburg.

Saturday, September 23rd. CVCC Golf Outing at Rich Valley Golf Course in Mechanicsburg. Shotgun start at 1:30 PM. Four Person Scramble format. Entry fee of $60 per player includes round of golf, cart, range balls, team prizes, door prizes, food and refreshments (following golf). Check in at 12:30 PM. (50)

Saturday, September 23rd. York City School District Parade. 9:00 AM. Convertibles requested. No specific quantity requested. Short parade of one mile in length. Contact at York is Jimmy Spells. Need chairperson from CVCC to handle. (50)

Thursday, September 28th. Northeastern High School Homecoming Parade. 11 Vettes needed for the parade. Meet at 6:00 PM at Early Learning Center in Mt. Wolf. (50)

Friday, September 29th. Northeastern High School Homecoming. 9 Vettes needed for Homecoming ceremony. Time to meet TBD. Meet at the high school. (50)

Friday, September 29th. Carlisle High School Homecoming. M. Hurley is chairing. Contact him for details. (50)

Saturday, September 30th. Fall Cruise to Ulysses, PA Fall Foliage Festival and Parade. G. Miller and B. Grove organizing this event. They will put information in the next newsletter regarding details on a meeting place, location of overnight stay, etc. (50)
