Monthly Meeting December
7th,
2006 Elaine
from Project Share attended the beginning of the meeting to
accept our check for $1000.00 to help this group with their
needs. The
meeting was called to order by outgoing President Ludt. A
motion was made by K. Cless, seconded by S. Walter to accept
the secretary’s minutes for November.
Motion passed. G.
Miller gave the Treasurers report.
The motion to accept the Treasurers report was made
by S. Hepfer, seconded by N. Flynn. Motion passed. Dave
gave the Governor’s report. The
NCCC convention will be held in Nashville this year.
You will be able to make you hotel reservations
directly with the host hotel.
The convention information is on the NCCC web site. Ocean
City Weekend will be October 13, 2007 so the Rufe show has
been moved to October 20th which is again the
same time as the Dillsburg Farmers Fair Parade. East
Region is holding a Spectacular in Abeerdene, Marlyland. May
19 & 20. Seven Auto Crosses at Ripkin Stadium parking
lot. We will be
doing one of the auto crosses.
Will also be having 4 fun shows and triple rallye.
This will be down the road at the Golden Corral Their
will be a get together Saturday evening.
Next day will be double economy run, one fun show and
2 judged shows. Fun
weekend for everyone. We
will be needing help. Leave
Dave know if you wish to get involved or help with our auto
cross. Dave has
the dates for the up coming meetings for this event. G-Burg
Vettes is the winner of the East Region this year.
We came in second.

Hepfer thanked everyone for the flowers and cards during her
recovery from surgery. Thank
you from the Carlisle Elk’s Lodge for our donation for
their visiting nurses program.
They are very appreciative. We
also received a thank you from the Humane Society for our
donation we gave to help feed the animals. Up
Coming Events: Our
Holiday Party January 20th.
For those of you who signed up and did not pay.
We need the money by the next club meeting or the 12th
of January. Please
get the money to us ASAP. K.

Wable announced that the Caring Place of High Mark Blue
Shield is giving tours of their facility.
She would like club members to attend and be with her
when she presents our check to them. For more information

thanked everyone who supported him and supported the club
the past 2 years. Also
Marlin wishes everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New
Year. A

Board Meeting December 20th, 2006 The
meeting was called to order by Marlin. The
Board Meeting was held at Scotties Beef & Reef in
Mechanicsburg. This
is the annual meeting with members and their spouses as well
as the new board members and their spouse. Dave
reported that we have checks coming back that were sent to
the selected charities. Addresses wrong. Gary
will take this up with M.
Hurley and get things straightened out. Final
Club & NCCC points are on the club web site. The
Board will be discussing the Awards and Banquet at the next
Board Meeting. This
meeting will be held January 16th at Scotties
Beef & Reef in Mechanicsburg.
Meeting starts at 7:30. If
you have signed up for the Holiday Party January 20th
and have not paid as yet.
Keith and Judy must have your money at the next club
meeting. Marlin
said his good byes to the board and welcomed new board
member E.
Hare. He
thanked Keith for his contributions to the board. The
Board wishes all club members a very Merry Christmas and
