meeting was called to order by President M. Ludt.
A
motion was made by K. Preistner, seconded by R. Wable to
accept the Secretary’s minutes for May.
Motion passed.

Miller gave the Treasurer’s report.
A motion was made by K. Cless, seconded by M. Ludt to
accept the Treasurer’s report for May. Motion passed.

anniversary on the same day.

A motion was made by M. Baldwin, seconded by D.
Hurley to accept Darlene & Richard into the club.
Motion passed. Welcome to the Club.
M.
Hurley reported that the Charity Committee is working on the
list we will be giving monies to.
They hope to have this done for the August meeting
and would like to tie some of this in with Corvettes at
Carlisle.
K.
Cless reported on The Holly Inn Car Show which was held May
20th. We
had 46 cars and a little rain.
Ken thanked EJ & George for helping him with his
first show. Ken
& Kim also thanked everyone else who helped make this
show a success. We
will be doing another show next year for them.
The owner’s have selected May 19 for this show.
Marlin
read thank you notes from Spina Bifida and from T. Hecker.
Sunday
June 11 is our triple autox.
Workers be there at 7:30.
We will be setting up Saturday night at 4:30.
The
Carlisle Summer Fair Parade is Friday June 30th.
We will meet at the Weis Store on the corner of High
& Spring Garden Streets.
Time to be there is
between 5:45 & 6:15 P.M.
NEXT
MONTHS MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE HOME OF THE HECKER’s.
Directions to their house will be in the newsletter.
Please bring a covered dish and your lawn chairs.
Meeting will start at 6:30 P.M.
Rain or shine.

& George are having a detailing school (cleaning car
tips) July 16 at 1:00 P.M.
If you are interested in attending contact them.
July
23rd is the SCCA AutoX at Pharo’s Truck stop.
We do not need as many workers as we do for our event
because the SCCA people have to work to run.
We can also run at this event.
We will be setting up the night before also at 4:30
P.M. Please let
Dave know if you can help with this event.
Judy
is going to set up another trip to Las Vegas.
I would like to know if anyone besides the folks that
came to her after the meeting would like to go.
If will be next JULY (2007).
I want to go to the travel agent after the July
meeting. It
will be 5 nights coming home morning of day 6.
That’s all I know about it now until I find out how
many really want to go.
A
motion was made by Melissa Bobb, seconded by EJ Andreas and
passed by everyone to adjourn the meeting.

Board Meeting
June
20th,
2006
The
meeting was held at Scotties Beef & Reef in
Mechanicsburg.
Vice
President Jack P. opened the meeting.
Dave
reminded everyone of the SCCA AutoX we will be doing July 23rd
at Pharo’s Truck Stop.
Bruce,
Mike & Phil attended with information on the Golf
Tournament they are organizing.
Bruce will have all the information at the July
meeting. A
motion was made by Judy, seconded by Dave to give the
profits from this event to Spina Bifida.
Motion passed. After listening & reviewing the information Bruce
presented to the board Skip Gutshall made a motion to go
ahead with this event.
This was seconded by Mike, motion passed by everyone.
The
Hurley’s and Priestner’s have come up with ideas for new
member packets. A
sample was shown to the board members. They would also like to devise an event submission form.
From this form, we can get the info e-mailed easily
to the newsletter editor and webmaster to get the
information about the events published efficiently.
The board has approved for them to move forward with
this.
Remember
the Detailing School is July 16th at the
Andreas’s.
The
Priestner’s would like to up date the Policy &
Procedures. This
will be brought up for discussion at the next monthly
meeting.
We
have 1 sanction left and Karen would like to do a rally with
this. This also
will be discussed at the monthly meeting.
Dave
& Sally will have their annual family picnic August 19th
at their home. More
details later.
The
next board meeting will be held July 18th at
Scotties Beef & Reef in Mechanicsburg.
