CVCC
Board Meeting
May

sending two back to the company to be repaired.
These will be ready for our autox in June.
The
board discussed the Pocono Driving School.
Everything went well despite the lovely rainy
weather.
Marlin
received an e-mail from Mike Filanowski about a parade
Messiah Village is having for their residents.
This is going to be held Friday June 16th
from 10-11 A.M. They
requested 10-12 cars. There
will be a sign-up sheet at the next monthly meeting.
Hopefully we can get the number of cars they need.
Lunch will be provided.
The
board discussed new member orientation packets.
The Hurley’s and Priestner’s are working on this.
Keith
is working on a cruise for this September.
When he gets this together he will fill us in on the
details.
We
would like to have a good representation of our club at the
Carlisle Summer Fair Parade on June 30th.
Again we will meet at the Weis Market on the corner
of Spring Garden & High Streets between 5:45 & 6:15
P.M.
So
far we have had no response to the request of someone from
York to take over coordinating the Fox 43 Parades.
Remember, folks, the money we get from Fox 43 goes to
Spina Bifida. We
need someone to do this for their Memorial Day Parade. Please leave Marlin or D. Chronister know if you will take
this over.
The next Board Meeting
will be held June 20th at Scotties Beef &
Reef in Mechanicsburg.
7:30 P.M.

Submitted,
Judy
