CVCC Board Meeting

March 21st, 2006

Judging School:  We had a very good attendance, and we had positive responses.   A suggestion was made to have a cleaning school.  EJ & George are considering this.

Go Kart Track:  Everyone that attended had a very good time.  We had 24 people; one was still stiff at the board meeting (Jack); one had a problem keeping his hat on, which did blow off and get drug around for a while.  Sorry, Ron, but I would make him wash it for you.

A suggestion was made to try the Go Kart Track outside of Hanover.  We may look into this.

APRIL CLUB MEETING IS THURSDAY 13TH.

Pocono Driving School:  We now have 8 on the waiting list.  We also still need workers.  Club members receive 50 points per half day.  Possibility of 200 points for the weekend.  Please come out and help your club at this money making event.

Ken & Kim will have the Pocono shirts for sale at the next club meeting.

Holly Inn Show May 20t:  We will be setting up on Friday Night.  Kim is looking for donations for her auction.  If you would like to donate anything, please contact her.  The board discussed giving people who volunteer to be judges a $5.00 rebate on their entry fee.  This was voted on and approved.

New Auto Cross Equipment:  This equipment is being tuned for the autocross at Pharo’s on June 25th.

We will have a discussion at the monthly meeting about making a few changes to the By Laws.  This is in regards to NEW members attending their readings and how to display our club emblem.

We have scheduled next year’s Holiday Party for January 13th.  This will be held at the Holly Inn, in their banquet room.  Keith will be working with Judy on this.
