Thursday, May 5th. Monthly CVCC membership meeting at the Elks in Carlisle starting at 7:30 PM. (PA-100) Saturday, May7th. at Beaver Springs dragstrip. Details forthcoming. See D. Walter. Saturday, May7th. at Captial City Airport from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. CVCC will meet for breakfast at Bob Evans at the Limekiln Exit of I83 at 8:30 AM. We will caravan from there to the airport. Bring a pillow for the kids. Also, Larry has invited us to his helicopter hanger during and after the Fly In. BRING YOUR VETTE!!!! (50) Saturday, May 14th. at Rufe Chevrolet. (I81, Exit 44, North on Route 465. Right onto Route 11, Rufe is approximately one mile on the left). Registration -- 7:30 AM thru 10:00 AM Driver's Meeting 10:15 AM Show -- 10:30 AM thru 2:00 PM Awards -- 1:30 PM Entrance Fee -- $20 Pre-registered No refunds. -- $25 Day of Show This is an indoor show and will be held rain or shine. (E -014) (PA-75) Click here to see the NCCC Flyer. Tuesday, May 17th. Monthly CVCC Board meeting starting at 7:00 PM. This will be at:Scotties Bar and Grille, Mechanicsburg. Saturday, May 21st. Mini Grand Prix Practice. C. Strayer will chair. The practice will be held at the Masonic Village in Elizabethtown, PA. Starting time will be Noon.. The best way to get to the Village is to take Route 441 (south from Middletown and north from Columbia). Drive to the general area of Bruner's Island, where Route 241 intersects Route 441. Turn east (away from the Susquehanna River). The Village is located on the west side of Elizabethtown. Therefore, before you enter Elizabethtown, look for the Masonic Village on your left. You should be on Bainbridge Street of Elizabethtown when you see the Village. It will be a let turn into the Masonic Village from Route 241/Bainbridge Street. (50) Saturday, May 21st. CVCC is cruising in remembrance of and to see the site of in Shanksville, PA. We depart from the Elks (Carlisle, PA) at 7:30 AM and will return that evening. G. Miller will be guiding us. We plan to have lunch as a group and visit the Site in Shanksville. After we arrive, we may also determine to cruise to and visit other local sites of interest. Contact Joan to sign up. (50) Sunday, May 22nd. Gimmick The Rallye will start from 204 Charles Way in York. (From I83 North or South, take exit #16A. Go 2/10 mile to first traffic light and turn right onto St. Charles Way. Make first left into shopping center parking lot.). Registration -- 9:00 AM thru 10:00 AM Driver's Meeting 10:15 AM First Car Out -- 10:30 AM Entrance Fee -- $20 The route will cover roughly 35 miles over a two and a half hour time span.
