DECEMBER --  MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP MEETING

                      December 2nd, 2004  

The meeting was called to order by President Sandoe.

With no additions or corrections to the Secretary’s minutes a motion was made by D. Marteny, seconded by R. Wolf and passed by a voice vote to accept the minutes for November.

G. Miller gave the Treasurer’s report.  A motion was made by L. Kiser, seconded by H. Shenk and passed by a voice vote to accept the Treasurer’s report.

D. Walter gave the Governor’s report.

CVCC is top winner in the East Region with 4,930 total points.  CPCC came in second with 2,300 points.

K. Priestner was women’s overall winner in AutoX.

C. Stouffer was women’s overall winner in Concours.

A. Seibert was women’s overall winner in the Worker’s category.

J. Priestner was overall men’s winner in AutoX.

M. Stouffer was overall winner in Concours for men.

E. Seibert was overall winner for men workers.

J. & K. Priestner  overall winners for East Region.

Worker’s and participants for the Pocono Driving School, don’t forget to make your room reservations.

Pocono Ramada Inn.  30 rooms blocked for CVCC.  $75.00 plus taxes.  The contact person is Elaine, she is there until 5:00 P.M.  Phone number is 1-800-251-2610.

The first event for 2005 is the CPCC Concours at the Farm Show Building January 28, 29 & 30th.  All events are on our web site.  

The club received a thank you note from L. Henry for all the cards, flowers and visits in the recent death of Joe.  Joe loved the club and the people.  

We also received a thank you from The Chip Miller Foundation for our donation.

E. Hare thanked everyone for the cards, flowers and visits to Mary during her recent surgery.  Mary is doing well.

SECOND READINGS:

J. Brenneman, 2003 Electron Blue Z06, sponsored by D. Marten.  A motion was made by N. Flynn, seconded by C. Hutchison, passed by a voice vote to accept J. Brenneman into the club.

         WELCOME !

The Annual Awards Banquet will be held April 16th at the Elk’s.  Bill will have more information at next month’s meeting.

L. Kiser has agreed to chair the Spring Rufe Car Show.  Marlin will Co-Chair.

40th Anniversary Raffle:  Starting January we will be pushing the ticket sale.  The car will be at the CPCC Concours in the Farm Show Building complex.  We will need volunteers to help sell tickets at this event.  R. Wable and N. Flynn will be the contact people for this.

D. Chronister thanked those people that helped him by participating in the Fox Parades.

K. Sandoe thanked everyone for their support and cooperation in the 2 years he was President of CVCC.  He also thanked the Board for all their help.  He handed the gavel to incoming President M. Ludt.

The meeting was adjourned by everyone.

We wish everyone  a very Merry Christmas, we will see you in January.

DECEMBER --  MONTHLY BOARD MEETING  

  

December 16th, 2005

The Board meeting was held at  the  Rustic Tavern in Carlisle with the new board members.  Attending were Board Members, Ed, Bill, Marlin & Judy, Mike, Dave, Gary.

There was really nothing on the agenda.  Dave brought up that OC weekend has been moved to around the 15th of October.  Bill will check with Dunes to see about our reservations.

Meeting was adjourned.
