DECEMBER --  MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP MEETING

December 4th, 2003

The meeting was called to order by President Sandoe.

A motion was made by Mr. Hecker, seconded by Mr. Glatfelter, and passed by a voice vote to accept the secretary's minutes for November.

Mr. Miller gave the Treasurer's report.   A motion was made by Mr. Wolf, seconded by Mr. Shenk and passed by a voice vote to accept the Treasurer's Report.

Anyone interested in the Treasurer's position, contact Mr. Miller.  He would like to take this year to train someone for this position.

Mr. Walter gave the Governor's report.  He has applications for the Pocono Driving School for club members only.  If you are interested in attending the driving school, contact the Governor.  The first mailing was sent to those who participated at Pocono last year.

The New Year's first Concours & Fun Show sponsored by CPCC, will be a two day show at the Farm Show Building.  You may take your car there Friday from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.  Your car must remain in the building until 5:00 PM Sunday.  Clean-up ends at noon Saturday.  The Fun Show is Sunday from 10:00 to 2:00 PM.  The Governor has fliers.

Ms. Crone has scheduled an overnight trip for anyone interested to Charlestown Race Track.  Date:  Saturday, March 27, $63.00 a person at the Quality Inn.  There are 23 rooms blocked.  She passed a sign-up sheet at this meeting, and she will have one at the next with more information about the trip.  You will make the reservations yourself.

JANUARY MEETING has been changed to 8th.

The Awards Banquet is April 3 at the Elk's.

Ms. Chronister thanked everyone for the flowers and cards she received while she was recovering from surgery.

Mr. Hurley is taking orders for name tags.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Mr. Chronister, seconded by Mr. Ludt and passed by a voice vote.

DECEMBER --  MONTHLY BOARD MEETING

December 16, 2003

The Board Meeting was opened by President Sandoe.

The meeting was held at the Sunnyside Restaurant in Carlisle.  The newest board member and spouses of the other board members attended.

Ken thanked all the Board members for all their work through the year.

Club points will be done for next month’s monthly membership meeting.

Dave reported that we are doing well on entrants for the Pocono Driving School.  So far we have 22. 

I will have information on our rooms at the January meeting.  The dates are Friday April 23rd and Saturday April 24th.

Keith is looking into raising funds to help with the newsletter expenses.

  The next Board Meeting will be held at Ye Old Ale House in Mechanicsburg, January 20th.
