If you are interested in Corvette calendars, please see Mr. Walter.

Mr. Hurley can get Lariets with our club name on them.  He would like to know if anyone in the club is interested in getting these.  He needs a minimum quantity to place an order.  Contact him if interested.

Those of you who have ordered Club shirts either yellow or beige -- they are in.  You can pick them up at  the monthly meeting or contact Vice President Mr. Ludt to make arrangements to get them.  Anyone else interested in shirts, please let Mr. Ludt know.

Mr. Zullinger thanked everyone for the flowers and cards he received for his father's passing.

Mr. Grove is checking on rates at the Dunes for Ocean City next year.  He is also checking group rates at different hotels in the area.  Right now we are holding 21 rooms at the Dunes Motel and a few at the ocean front hotel at the Dunes.  Dunes Manor also has rooms available.  The problem with the Dunes is that they have booked most of the rooms to another group.  We found this out when some of our club members tried to reserve their rooms for next year.

A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Chronister, seconded by Mr. Crone and passed by a voice vote to adjourn.

The name tag drawing did not have a winner.  (Shame on our Vice President for not wearing his name tag.)

Ms. Ludt

OCTOBER --  MONTHLY BOARD MEETING

The Board meeting was held at the home of the Grove's on October 21st and opened by the President.  All ten of the officers and board members were present.

Halloween:  We went over the list of homecomings and parades; at this time most of the monies were collected.

Dillsburg Halloween Parade:  We had about 10 cars show up for this parade, but we didn't know until the last minute that we were invited.  When the President found out, he e-mailed everyone.  Hopefully next year this will be better organized, and we will know early enough so we will have a better representation of our club.

Fall Cruise:  Bill reported that it was a very good cruise.  The weather was beautiful as well as the fall foliage.  The museum was very interesting.  It was a fun day.

Penn National:  This event is November 1st.  If you plan to attend, please contact Mr. Stanley ASAP.

REMINDER!!!  DUES ARE NOW DUE.

Dave has gotten our sanctions for the Rufe Show for next year.  04-17-04.  The H&H Show will be 09-25-04.

Mr. McCarthy discussed the possibility of everyone having a digital photo taken of their car (with or without themselves).  He would like to put these on our web site.  (This will comprise the new "Photo Album" page, which has been recently retired.)

Dave is still checking on a permanent place to hold our Board Meetings.

The next Board Meeting will be held at the home of Mr. Bowen on November 18th, at 7:30 PM.

The meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,

CVCC Club Secretary
